Refund policy
At Web Gem Apparel, we want our Players to have the best gear in Baseball. We have confidence in the quality of our products, but we know mistakes happen.
We only allow returns for misprinted, defective, or damaged items. In such cases, we can provide a replacement product free of charge.
If you received one or more products that are misprinted, defective, or damaged, please contact us. Our Team will be in touch to assist you and make the issue right. Any claims for misprinted, defective, or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages that failed to deliver or were lost in transit, please contact us. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We offer replacement products or re-shipped products free of charge when it is a carrier-related issue. However, if you left the package unclaimed or entered the wrong shipping address at check out, you will be charged for additional shipping.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for wrongly ordered sizes.
