Shipping Policy

In order to reduce waste caused by overproduction, most of our apparel items are made-to-order. This will increase processing and shipping time by a few days. Please reference the estimated delivery date for each item on its respective product page.

Currently, all of our shipping options are flat rate. US-based orders with standard shipping are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days, though delays may occur.

UPS 2nd Day Air shipping

We offer the option to upgrade to 2-Day shipping on our Game Gear (Leg Guards and Elbow Guards) and our Wristbands. Please note that in order for these items to arrive in 2 business days or less, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time so that it can be fulfilled and dropped off that day. All orders placed after that time will be fulfilled on the next day and will arrive in 3 business days or less. 

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order via the tracking number in your order and shipment confirmation emails. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to provide tracking updates.

Shipping Address Changes

If you made a mistake or need to make a change to the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

Shipping Delays

Although we understand that shipping delays are frustrating, please remember that once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it is out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within several days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us. Our Team is happy to assist you in making it right and sending replacement items if necessary.

International Shipping

We ship our products to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Some items may not be available in some regions. Some of our items have a few different shipping options available. Please note that orders with a PO Box delivery address must use USPS shipping options.

Christmas Shipping

(Subject to change, may be updated in early December) 

The last day to order Apparel for delivery by Christmas is: 12/8

The last day to order Game Gear for delivery by Christmas is: 12/13

Any orders placed after these dates are NOT guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
