Of course, even West Coast and Southland! Nobody from there has placed an order yet, but it's available! Shipping options and delivery times will vary by your location.
Are all of your products available for Kiwi customers?
Yes! Well... all of them except for the USA flag game gear. We figured you wouldn't want that π
Are prices listed in New Zealand currency?
Yes, all product prices and shipping costs are displayed in New Zealand dollars. However, if you are using a VPN/Proxy, this may affect currency display settings.
How much will it cost to ship to New Zealand?
Shipping to New Zealand can get expensive. We do everything we can to keep the costs low and provide you with a variety of shipping options to fit your budget. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete checkout. We also have some tips to keep international shipping costs low for your order.
How long does it take to ship to New Zealand?
In general, items arrive in 6-12 days, but this will depend mostly on the shipping method you select and how far you are from a major metropolitan area.
Will I be responsible for paying duties or import tariffs?
Nope! All of our items ship duty and import free!
Are there any hidden fees at checkout?
We don't have any hidden fees or surcharges. The only thing you will be charged for is the cost of your items and shipping!
Are orders from New Zealand eligible for returns?
We do accept returns on New Zealand orders. But just like with our US orders, there are some exceptions. Our international return policy can be seen on our return policy page.
