Return Policy
At Web Gem Apparel, we want our Players to have the best gear and drip in Baseball. We have confidence in the quality of our products, but we know that mistakes happen.
General Policy for US Customers
For orders in the US, if your items are eligible for a return, we will cover the return shipping. We will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label that you can print at home. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items are subject to inspection and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Game Gear
We allow returns on Game Gear for defective, damaged, incorrect items, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. All items must be unused, not game-worn, free of dirt, stains or damage, and in original condition with packaging where applicable.
Exchanges can be made on Game Gear if you've decided you want a different color than your original order. The original item must be unused, not game-worn, free of dirt, stains or damage, and in original condition with packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Limited Edition and Customized/Personalized items can only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect (size, color, etc) and cannot be exchanged due to limited availability.
Apparel and Accessories
We only allow returns on apparel for misprinted, defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In such cases, we provide a replacement product free of charge. Due to the nature of our apparel production, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering and contact us if you have any questions.
International Return Policy
For returns outside of the US, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost and filling out all of the appropriate customs documentation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return causes your order total value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 30 days after the product has been received. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Our Team will be in touch to assist you and make the issue right. We will ask for photos to verify item condition.
For packages that failed to deliver or were lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We offer replacement products or re-shipped products free of charge when it is a carrier-related issue. However, if you left the package unclaimed or entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, you will be charged for additional shipping.
