Return Policy

At Web Gem Apparel, we want our Players to have the best gear and drip in Baseball. We have confidence in the quality of our products, but we know that mistakes happen.

Game Gear

We allow returns on game gear for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We also allow returns for general dissatisfaction. All returns must be in as-received condition. We do not offer returns on any items that may be game-used. Special and Limited Edition items can only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges can be made on game gear if you've decided you want a different color than your original order. The original item must not be game used and in as-received condition and you will be charged for additional shipping. Special and Limited Edition items cannot be exchanged due to limited availability.

Apparel and Accessories

We only allow returns on apparel for misprinted, defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In such cases, we provide a replacement product free of charge. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for wrongly ordered sizes.

 

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 30 days after the product has been received. Our Team will be in touch to assist you and make the issue right. We may ask for photos to verify item condition.

For packages that failed to deliver or were lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We offer replacement products or re-shipped products free of charge when it is a carrier-related issue. However, if you left the package unclaimed or entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, you will be charged for additional shipping.
